Open every day: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Open May 1st
The park showcases South America and its iconic animals. There are 600 animals in the park, including 200 parrots. You can observe giant otters, jaguars, parrots, Humboldt penguins, capybaras, rheas, and more.
The park is visited differently from other zoos. It is an immersive wildlife park designed like a nature reserve. Visitors have the unique opportunity to enter spaces where animals roam freely. To fully enjoy the experience, take your time to stop, search, and observe the animals. We also encourage you to look up regularly to see birds flying overhead. Plan for about 2.5 to 3 hours to enjoy the visit, including educational animations, the Radeau des Cimes (play area), and the Ranch des Enfants (mini farm).
Our park does not offer animal shows but provides educational animations. These consist of informative presentations about some of the park’s iconic species during their feeding times. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the animals and gain awareness of the threats facing their species.
There is no greenhouse at Parrot World, but there is a giant 1-hectare open-air aviary. The entire park visit takes place outdoors, with no sheltered areas. We recommend planning your visit according to the weather conditions.
Yes, parking is completely free for park visitors.
You will need to go to the park’s reception when you wish to leave, and we will provide you with a bracelet.
No reservation is required. However, we recommend purchasing tickets online for busy days. Be sure to take a screenshot or download your tickets ahead of time, as internet connection may be weak inside the building.
Yes, it is possible to leave and re-enter the park on the same day. You will need to go to the reception and show your tickets for the day.
For the safety of both the animals and visitors, it is not allowed to visit the park with any rolling devices (rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, etc.).
There is a designated smoking area located next to the restrooms, in front of the giant aviary entrance.
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance dogs.
The following items are not allowed inside the park: balloons, sharp objects, weapons, selfie sticks, and drones.
It is possible to park your motorhome during the day, but overnight parking is not allowed in the park's parking lot.
